Actor Johnny Depp on Thursday made an oblique joke about assassinating Donald Trump. Speaking at the Glastonbury arts festival in the UK, Depp said, "By the way, this is going to be in the press, it'll be horrible...When was the last time an actor assassinated a president?"
Prior to Depp, Kathy Griffin drew heavy criticism for releasing an image of herself holding up what appeared to be the severed head of President Trump.
