Hours before the 2017 NBA draft, LeBron James is dropping some jewels for upcoming rookies to the league.
"Congratulations to all the NBA draftees today," James said in a video posted by Uninterrupted. "I understand being there at one point. It's a dream come through; it's something you worked your a** and life for, to be in a position to hear your name get called."
The 2003 No. 1 overall has racked up many accolades since entering the league with his iconic all-white suit. The three-time champion also offered some sound advice to those players who may have a tougher road to join the league.
"To guys who name might not be called. Do not give up on your dream. There still opportunity out there, still teams that want you, still a lot of basketball in your lives. Don't get discouraged if your name is not being called tonight. Because if you put in the time and effort... then you will make that dream come true. "
