After the news broke that Karrueche Tran was granted a five-year restraining order from her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown due to allegations of abuse, it was previously reported that Brown would have to attend a 52-week batterers intervention program. However, it has been revealed that the R&B/Pop star would not have to attend these classes after all.

Page Six reports that the court issued Brown an amended restraining order this past Monday that addressed the intervention program stating, “The issue was not raised at the hearing and the court makes no order for respondent to participate in a batterer intervention program.” They revealed that adding the program was, in fact, a “clerical error."

Last week, the actress and model Tran testified against Breezy, claiming that she had been receiving intimidating text messages from him with one of them reportedly saying, “B***h I will beat the s**t out of you."

Along with the restraining order, the “Party” singer was ordered to pay for Tran’s legal fees adding up to $3,500. Brown continues to deny all charges against him.
