Al Sharpton has become the butt of all jokes since sharing a Father's Day selfie of his shrunken frame suited up in gym clothes. "Thank God for energy and purpose," he wrote, in a post in which he went about breaking down how his predawn workout kicks off the morning before he heads off to host his MSNBC show on Sundays. On Tuesday, June 20, the Reverend showed that he's about his business with or without white socks and a tee, and doesn't even need a gym to institute a healthy living regimen in his life.

A video clip of Sharpton busting out a few push-ups on his office furniture made it onto the internet. In it, the 62-year-old social justice activist is dressed up in fine business attire that gives him more of a regal appearance than the outfit he wore on the weekend did. At one point on his way to knocking out 12, Sharpton maneuvers his arm as if to make an attempt at getting fancy with the exercise, but quickly sets it back down on the desk to keep his balance.

For decades Sharpton was known for his rotund midsection and slicked back perm. A couple of years back that all changed when he returned from a post-Presidential run having shed over 150 pounds. In a 2014 People magazine feature the Reverend joked that he had actually lost more weight than he was, at the time celebrating a plunge from 305 lbs to 129 lbs; a transformation he attributed to cutting meat out of his diet, eating in smaller portions and juicing.
