After meeting in court on Thursday (June 15), Karrueche Tran was granted a 5-year restraining order against Chris Brown. According to TMZ, Karrueche personally testified in court, saying that Brown demanded she give back gifts and money he gave her while they were dating.
She also claimed that he became aggressive after they broke up, texting her that he would get her banned from events and Kae added that he told her, "B**** I will beat the s**t out of you" and "I promise you I will make your life hell." During the testimony, Karrueche also revealed that Chris had beaten her before.
Chris wasn't in court on Thursday and the judge reportedly refused him to give a testimony over the phone, but his lawyer cross-examined Karrueche in court and questioned why she never went to police about the situation.
In the end, the judge sided with Karrueche and granted her a 5-year restraining order.
