Shad Moss a.k.a Bow Wow has gotten himself caught up in another internet scandal. In the video on his Instagram page, Bow Wow is seen being chased by crazed fans in Charlotte, North Carolina. Social media wasted little to no time ridiculing Shad Moss. After his private jet fiasco, some people feel that Bow Wow lost his credibility online.
Some online sleuths pointed out that Bow Wow is taking a light jog then takes off running with someone conveniently filming the incident, and then the person filming the incident followed Bow Wow into the car.
