In 2009, Wavey Crockett a.ka. the Silver Surfer Max B was sentenced to 75 years in prison on charges related to armed robbery, kidnapping, aggravated assault, and felony murder. Last year Max accepted a plea bargain that reduced his sentence to 20 years, slotting him for a 2025 homecoming date.
