According to new reports, Donald Trump's son-in-law and White House adviser Jared Kushner tried to set up communications between the President and the Kremlin after the election. The claims surfaced after conversations between Russian Ambassador Sergei Kislyak and Moscow.

It is being noted that Kislyak could be exaggerating the situation, as the Washington Post reported, "Kislyak has a good reputation in terms of the accuracy of his reporting, according to the officials that I've talked to. That being said, ... adversaries to the United States routinely put false information into their communications. Sometimes they do so in order to see if the Americans are in that channel."
