Turkey issued an arrest warrant for Oklahoma Thunder's Enis Kanter, as they claim he's part of a terrorist group. Kanter has been outspoken about the government in his native Turkey in the past and has voiced support for Fethullah Gulen and the "Gulen Movement."

Gulen is a Muslim spiritual leader who has been living in exile in Pennsylvania for the last 15 years, and he was accused of organizing a military coup against Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in 2016. Gulen has denied any involvement in the situation.

Just last week, Kanter was detained in Romania after he was denied entry to Turkey. Kanter has said that he wishes to become an official U.S. citizen, telling reporters, "Right now I am country-less. I am open to adoption definitely. I am going to try to become an American citizen."
