Last year, Ron Newt detailed his unbelievable life story that he claims Terrence Howard ripped off from him for the hit show "Empire." Newt explains that he had a meeting with Howard to tell him about his life story, which includes an escape from prison to sign a record deal and walking into MCA Records with a hand grenade. A short time later, Empire premiered on Fox, and Newt couldn't ignore the similarities. He then filed a $1 billion lawsuit against Fox, Howard, Lee Daniels and Rupert Murdoch, alleging that they stole his story and were profiting off of it.
