The ongoing saga between Chris Brown and ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran is continuing as a judge has denied Tran's request for a permanent restraining order against Brown. Despite going so hard to not have to face Brown in court, Tran was a no show for the court date. Brown also did not show up. Because of that, an L.A. County judge denied Tran's request.

A representative for Tran stated that Tran was working on location for a movie and was not aware of the fact that she could not phone in her court appearance for this particular request. Since then, Karrueche's manager has responded to the ongoing situation in court via Twitter, saying, "So we won, the judge agreed [that] Chris was served and now he has to meet her in court!! No [one] running." Brown responded, saying the situation is "hella sad and false."

The next court date for Tran and Brown is set to be on June 15, 2017. The judge on the case noted that Tran has to give a 12-day notice if she decides that she wants her appearance in court to happen via phone.
