Rapper and actor Shad Moss aka Bow Wow recently revealed that after 30 years he reconnected with his estranged father. He admitted that the moment was caught on camera on his new show Growing Up Hip-Hop.
"This is crazy; this is our first father and son talk; not when I was 12 or 15 or 16 when I really needed you."
Moss, whose recent Instagram controversy took over the internet, tells Access Hollywood Live he decided to meet his estranged father based on the maturity he's gained since having his own child. “I got older, and I have a daughter now, who is six," Moss said to Access Hollywood. "As I became a man I just grew up and matured. Just had to make it all work."
Moss says he wanted to make sure that both he and his father gained closure before anything tragic happens and they both live with the regret of never connecting. “I was still gonna have that conversation with him,” Moss continues. “It just so happened that I was filming and it just worked out.”
