NBA legend Kobe Bryant understands pressure, his 20-year career as a Los Angeles Lakers was filled with last minute buzzer beaters and high stakes moments. Now for one lucky class, he's helping them get out of a pressure situation.
High school student William Pate took to Twitter Thursday (May 18), for a somewhat miracle feat, asking for a retweet from Bryant to get out of a final exam.
The tweet, a picture of a handshake taking place between Pete and his teacher confirming the wager. "@kobebryant PLEASE IF YOU RETWEET THIS WE DONT HAVE TO TAKE THE FINAL PLEASE RT @kobebryant ‼️‼️" Pete tweeted.
Bryant, who has 11.5 million follows, answered their prayers 7 hours later with a retweet. "Hope you have an A in this class" Kobe tweeted.
Now, these kids have more time to study that Mamba mentality.
