The divide between fans and followers of hip hop with new acts in the culture keeps growing, mainly playing out in the form of what's real versus what's not and the older generation versus the newer generation. Now, Tyrese has taken to Instagram to voice his opinion on the newer generations of artists in hip hop, using Lil Uzi Vert as an example.

On his Instagram, Tyrese posted a photo of Lil Uzi Vert with his hair up, piercings, a ripped up shirt and a Goyard bag that some say resembles a purse. On the photo's caption, he said, "I can't 'IDentify' with today's hip hop - We're gonna shock the game w/ this #IDentityTheftAlbum fully executive prod by Legend aka @SeigeMonstracity."

The caption seemed to be a shot at his outfit and style of dress as opposed to his music. Do you agree with Tyrese's caption?
