After K. Michelle recently opened her new Atlanta high-end restaurant Puff and Petals, MediaTakeOut reports that Fameoulos posted the rules to her restaurant which many find to be quite outlandish.

Puff and Petals contains ten rules which some have found to be quite excessive such as having the right to refuse service to anyone deemed to be “riff raff”, children are allowed before 8 pm, no incomplete parties will be seated, a 90-minute limit at tables, mandatory 18% gratuity, a maximum of four separate checks, ID required for all debit and credit cards, no returns on food or drinks, inform the server if you have any allergies, and “do not ask us every five minutes when is K. Michelle coming? You know she has checks to cash!”

Although one could argue that the way the rules are written are seemingly rude and tasteless, many high-end restaurants, bars, and even strip clubs have these same rules such as no more than four separate checks, showing ID for debit and credit cards, dress appropriately, children must be well behaved, no gift or pre-paid cards, and refusing service to anyone who is seen as “undesirable” or a threat to the safety of patrons. However, the mandatory 18% gratuity is seen as a controversial issue among many other restaurants as well.

Do you think that these rules are more reasonable than they seem or is K. Michelle being extra again? Let us know what you think in the comments.
