In this week's Sales Plus Streaming (SPS) chart, Logic went #1 after a 251k outing for his 3rd album, Everybody. Logic's first-week sales may come as a surprise to some, but not if you pay attention as he destroys the conventional mold for what defines success in the music industry. Although he has never had anything resembling a top-ten hit, Logic continues to tour cross-country and sell out shows, all the while surpassing a billion streams on Spotify. He is proving that you do not need a hit record in order to achieve massive success, and according to DJBooth, he is just one of a new wave of artists doing similar things. Congrats.
