Diddy is being sued by his former personal chef who alleged sexual harassment on the part of the hip-hop mogul.

Chef Cindy Rueda filed a complaint this week for wrongful termination and sexual harassment. The suit alleged that she was summoned to serve a post-sex naked Diddy. She claimed he was “naked and made comments about his body… and ultimately asked the visibly uncomfortable plaintiff if she was attracted to or liked his naked body,” according to the document. A second unnamed friend is also mentioned in the complaint for approaching the chef while naked and asking her to “admire his genitals.” Rueda claims she was wrongfully terminated after she was made to take the fall in an incident where a watch was allegedly stolen from the mogul. The incident occurred shortly after Rueda informed one of Diddy’s assistants about the sexual advances. She was terminated and asked to sign a waiver that would prevent her from legally speaking out against Diddy. She refused to sign.

Rueda worked for him from January 2015 until May 2016 earning $150 per day. A rep for Diddy shot down the claim while speaking to the NY Daily News this week. “This is a frivolous lawsuit by a disgruntled ex-employee who was fired for cause,” said the rep. The allegation comes shortly after Diddy received attention for cropping Kylie and Kendall Jenner out of a picture of him and several rappers which he labeled “black excellence.” The photo was taken at the Met Gala last week and also featured Wiz Khalifa, Migos, Jaden Smith and Travis Scott. Both the original version and the #Diddycrop are available to see. Kylie Jenner first posted the picture to her Instagram account shortly after the event which included a plethora of entertainers and celebrities.
