The internet turned an at-first innocuous-looking photo of Steve Bannon and a rabbi visiting the White House into a fascinating glimpse into the priorities of the Trump administration.

Bannon and Rabbi Shmuley struck congenial poses for a photo that Shmuley posted on his Twitter account. The two are pictured in front of an American flag and a scrawled-upon whiteboard.

And just like that, Twitter users zeroed in on the "pledges on immigration," listed on Bannon's whiteboard. Some items even have check marks next to them, like "End 'Catch and Release,'" "Hire 5,000 more border patrol agents," and, "Triple the number of ICE agents."

"Cancel all federal funding to sanctuary [cities]" and "Suspend the Syrian refugee program," are also listed.
