Foxy Brown pulled a Lauryn Hill in Philadelphia on Saturday, April 29; arriving three hours late for a performance she was supposed to deliver at a late night/early morning event, scheduled as part of the city's Black Pride weekend festivities. And soon after showing up, the veteran rapper learned that you just don't play Philly that way, with video having surfaced of her getting booed out of the venue.

The LGBT community had been loud, proud, out and about since Thursday, when Black Pride 2017 kicked off. Many were expected to break night at the 2,000+ Sexy Men Mega Party on Park Ave. in West most part of town, with a number of those in attendance awaiting Fox Boogie to take the mic at 2 a.m. But she didn't show up until 5 a.m. and is said to have crept to a secluded area of the venue, where she reportedly avoided folks in the crowd.

As soon as they realized she wouldn't be rapping, a few of those who weren't feeling her vibe began to shout "Remy Ma!" over and over again. Boos would follow, after which point she and the party she arrived with quietly made their exit.
