Kodak Black just finished beating an assault charge, but still faces time for violating the conditions of his house arrest. The Pompano Beach rapper will thus learn his fate when he returns to court for his sentencing date, on May 4. Coincidentally, that also happens to be the day he had been scheduled to join Future as he opens up The Nobody Safe tour.

The 37 date tour kicks off in Memphis the very date Kodak faces the judge. It will travel on through until June 30, when it comes to its completion in Las Vegas. Kodak would have been fine performing alongside the Atlanta trap star, as his house arrest stipulates that he can indeed tend to his work related business. Kodak was sent back to jail when it was discovered that he had made a couple of unauthorized stops around town in February, attending an Adrien Broner boxing match and hitting up a strip club or two that weren't on the agenda.

He was supposed to travel as one of the tour's main performers, along with Migos and Tory Lanez. And Young Thug and ASAP Ferg were going to make occasional appearances, but it has been learned that ASAP Ferg's presence on the tour has been upgraded so that he fills Kodak's spot for the tour's duration. Others have since been added to the show as well, including A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, who will do spot dates, and Zoey Dollaz, who is set to make consistent appearances.
