Kodak Black is currently facing up to six years for violating his house arrest, but his lawyer, Raven Ramona Liberty, says that she doesn't think that Kodak will serve any jail time for the offense. She explained that there are other options on the table in the case, including reinstating his probation, modifying the probation, or prison time.

Liberty also pointed out that Kodak's probation officer doesn't think that he should serve jail time, as she suggested that the "Tunnel Vision" rapper get counseling and take anger management classes.

Kodak's lawyer stated, “I have the utmost faith in God that he will be out on the fourth and will start the tour. Fortunately he has the money to pay for attorneys. But this happens all the time to young men in his situation. I don’t think sitting in jail is the correct punishment.”
