T.I. and Tiny are finally getting divorced.
Rumors of the celebrity couple calling it quits date back to August of 2016, but with their having delivered a newborn child into the world only five months earlier, the Harris family would continue to stay the course. That is, until this past December, when Tiny filed to end their six-year marriage, citing that her "trust was broken." T.I. has since expressed his own grievances about their famed union, stating at one point that being wedded only serves as a "distraction" for him at this point in his life.
A hearing had been scheduled so that the two sides may convene about the split, but the proceedings were postponed when the court found that Tip had never been served the paperwork. Finally, on Tuesday, April 24, the rapper acknowledged having been served the divorce petition, thus giving a green light for legalities to take their course.
Tiny and T.I. have been husband and wife since 2010, but their relationship goes further back, as their oldest child, at 12 years of age, would be their son King, who was born in 2004. Along the way, they've had two others, including Major Philant, 8, and the newest member of the family Heiress Diana, who was born in March of 2016.
