Yet another video of Adam "Pacman" Jones' January arrest has gotten out to the public, with the most recently released footage showing the Cincinnati Bengals star's [and his brother's] failed attempt at talking the officers and the security guard he is alleged to have assaulted, out of detaining him.

It is the third video that TMZ has managed to get their hands on. The first recording the celebrity news outlet published captured a barrage of insults an infuriated Jones tossed at his arresting officers, as he sat in a police cruiser that night. There would then come the release of footage that showed a group of officers restraining Jones and muzzling his face after he spit on a nurse attempting to tend to him. The video that was leaked on Monday, April 24, brings viewers back to what occurred in the moments leading up to Jones' tirade in the back seat of the officers' vehicle.

Unlike in the initial arrest video, wherein Jones goes off relatively un-responded to as he tells the cops "suck my d**k," and "I hope you die," the newer release shows an arresting officer who is game for Jones's attitude. In fact, compared to the prior two recordings, the intoxicated Jones appears a bit more reserved albeit loud. It is the officer who is unrelenting and firm, insisting that Jones comply with his line of questioning as the NFL star attempts at summoning his assault victim to speak with him so that they may settle the matter personally. As the officer goes forward with the arrest, Jones' brother comes before the security guard in an attempt to get him to drop the charge, but the officer intercedes, telling him that he'll be taking him in anyway for what transpired in their interaction with Jones when they arrived on the scene.

Jones is due to reappear in court on charges of assault, disorderly conduct and obstructing police officers, on May 16. He has plead not guilty.
