Rappers and ballers have been getting at one another lately, with Cam'ron attempting to reduce Stephon Marbury to a notch under his belt on the court, and Draymond Green picking at Drake about everything from his fashion sense to his duck face selfie poses. The most recent battle of wits went down in Philadelphia over the weekend, between 76'ers rookie Ben Simmons and veteran rapper, Fabolous.

Before Simmons got to chop it up with Fabolous for a minute, one minute turned into a few minutes, then a few minutes turned into awhile, according to Simmons, who had apparently been left to wait outside of the Brooklyn rapper's dressing room before he was let in on the fun. Danny Garcia and other Philly celebrities were in attendance at The Party Tour, and with Fab being a welcomed guess in the gritty city [and a performer on Sunday night, April 23 at the Well Fargo Center], within proximity of him was the place to be. But Fab must've had something to attend to and took out some time to do it, while leaving Simmons flat.

"When @bensimmons as you why you had him sittin out in the hallway so long & you tell him shouldn't you be useta sittin out by now?" Fab would write, in the posting of a photo of the two getting up backstage at the show. And Simmons was game, getting wind of the message and responding with the very same photo, only it was captioned: "When you don't look at the set list properly and see an artist starting with F and you think it's @future but it turns out to be @myfabolouslife."
