The Oklahoma City Thunder could have really used Andre Roberson stepping his game up at the free throw line on Sunday night, April 23. Not that it would be wise to depend on the second lowest averaging free throw shooter in the league to outperform his 42.3% mark from the line, but they really had no other choice. With the Thunder within reach and five minutes left in the game, Houston coach Mike D'Antoni had the Rockets foul away at Roberson, who up until that point had not made a free throw in the entire series.

When it was all said and done, Roberson had indeed scored from the line, not once but twice. But that wouldn't be enough to help close the distance, and neither would it be enough to keep the Rockets bench from rolling off of their chairs in laughter as he bricked six of eight shots to bring his total to 2 of 17 through four games.

With OKC only losing by a four-point margin [113-109], Roberson has to be kicking himself for the measly pair of buckets he was able to manage.
