Body cam footage of Adrien Broner's arrest in Covington, Kentucky on Thursday, April 20, has been released to the public, and shows his interaction with police moments after he escaped death in a shooting he claims to have been the target of.

The bullet-riddled SUV Broner had been renting was pulled over after a police received a multitude of calls reporting gunshots. The vehicle had sustained at least three bullet holes, but Broner escaped injury. The attack is said to have stemmed from an altercation that went down at the G Moni club on Queen City Avenue hours prior.

After running Broner's license, they discovered that he had an arrest warrant out on him for a 2014 disorderly conduct charge. The Cincinnati boxer is seen hollering so that he may instruct a friend on who to contact to help resolve the situation. His communication with the officers remained generally peaceful, although on several occasions he challenged the procedure, at one point complaining that his cuffs had been applied too tightly and threatened to impact his training for his upcoming fight in June.
