Young Thug hasn't been tending to the mortgage on his 11,000 square foot Buckhead Heights mansion, according to Heritage Select Homes, LLC. The real estate developer is taking the rapper to court for what has amounted to $2.2 million worth of missed payments dating back to October, it has been reported.

Fans may recall Thugger showing the lavish property off through video clips in which he is filmed tossing money off of a balcony overlooking the pool room. With six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a theater room, and a four-car garage to boot, one can only imagine it'd take a pretty penny to keep up with. In the suit, Heritage claims Thug hasn't simply struggled to keep pace with the monthly payments, he's avoided making them all together.

The specific issue at hand is Young Thug being in violation of his balloon promissory note. The lawsuit notes an October sum of $86,500 that wasn't paid, $86,033 that wasn't paid in November, a bill for $150,567 that he's still got to settle for December and installments of $14,667 for January and February that Heritage is still waiting on. By March 19 the company was expecting a total of $2,214,667, prompting them to take legal action to get it.
