Donald Trump signed an executive order on Tuesday (March 28), which would roll back Obama's clean power plan that made an effort to combat climate change. Trump called the executive order an end to the "war on coal."

Before signing the order, Trump said, "My action today is the latest in a series of steps to create American jobs and to grow American wealth. We're ending the theft of American prosperity and rebuilding our beloved country."
