Earlier today, the Oakland Raiders received 31 out of the 24 votes necessary in order to move the franchise. Although the move has been approved, the Raiders will still play in Oakland at least until the end of the 2017 season, and possibly longer. Raiders owner Mark Davis had this to say on the move:

"The Raiders were born in Oakland and Oakland will always be part of our DNA. We know that some fans will be disappointed and even angry, but we hope that they do not direct that frustration to the players, coaches and staff."

Las Vegas is has approved construction on a 65,000-seat domed stadium that will cost $1.9 billion, it is not expected to open until 2020. Thoughts? let us know in the comments.
