According to the Daily Mail, Aaron Hernandez may be cleared of double murder because of a deleted text message from the eyewitness in the trial that conflicts with a previous statement. Eye-witness Alexander Bradley testified under oath that Hernandez shot him in the face after he witnessed Hernandez murder Daniel de Abreu and Safiro Furtado.

However, the defense was able to recover a deleted text that Bradley sent to his attorney stating that he didn't know who shot him. Hernandez is currently serving life in jail without parole for a murder he committed to 2004. Stay tuned for more info.
