More than 20,000 people were evacuated following a series of explosions at an arms depot in Balakliya, Ukraine that officials are calling a deliberate act of sabotage.
The arms depot is the storage place of thousands of tons of missiles and artillery weapons. Everyone with a 6-mile radius of the depot is being evacuated, officials say.
