King Louie talks moving out of Chicago two years after being shot. He speaks on the importance of leaving because "it's hazardous, it ain't safe, " and why many of the stars from the state no longer live there. Louie says that there are no positive outlets there, and how pain molds the natives. He believes that the small things will change what's happening in the city from jobs to love.
