Legendary NYC DJ Funkmaster Flex declared Remy Ma the Queen of hip-hop while speaking with TMZ last week about her recent rap battle with Nicki Minaj. Flex told the outlet he was disappointed in Nicki Minaj as a lyricist for not responding to her opponent, but also said he respects her as an entertainer.
