Contrary to previous reports, Future will not be dropping another album this week.

The Ellen Show's website alluded to the Atlanta rapper releasing a third album in February following his previous projects “FUTURE” and “HNDRXX” which scored him two No.1 albums back to back weeks. Future is scheduled to perform on the daytime talk show and the description for the appearance originally said that he was “attempting to have three #1 albums in a row in three weeks.”

However, the site incorrectly reported that “HNDRXX” was upcoming even though it was released last Friday. The description was corrected earlier today. Future’s manager Anthony Saleh also took to Twitter to deny the claims. “FALSE “@thefader: Future is releasing another album this week, according to The Ellen Show,” tweeted Saleh.

The Fader also confirmed with Future’s people that a third album is not on the way. Despite not going for a threepeat, the “Commas” rapper still made history by having two No.1 albums released two weeks in a row. “FUTURE,” the first album to be released in February topped the charts with 140,352 units sold and “HNDRXX” followed it up just one week later selling slightly less at 125,000 units. “FUTURE” features traditional trap music while “HNDRXX” takes more of a love song/ mainstream approach with features from The Weeknd and Rihanna.
