Revolt put together a documentary, "Searching For Answers: Inside The Irving Plaza Shooting," about the Irving Plaza shooting that injured Troy Ave and two others and killed his bodyguard, Ronald "Banga" McPhatter. Pastor Rose McPhatter, the mother of Ronald, spoke at length about her son and how the media misconstrued him as a fighter or a thug. She explained that he was a kind and compassionate person who was at the wrong place at the wrong time.
Maggie Carrie, who was shot in the leg at Irving Plaza, also shared her thoughts on the situation. Carrie revealed that she felt the club was too crowded at the time of the shooting, and she expressed her disappointment with Irving Plaza for not having proper security checks to prevent shootings from happening.
