Two men have been brought up on disorderly conduct charges in connection with a racist confrontation involving actor Jamie Foxx in Croatia on Sunday, February 19.

Croatian police were likely unaware of Foxx's identity when they responded to a complaint about of a pair of "arrogant and rude" men berating a guest with racial insults, as he was not named in the report. The word slung at Foxx, "crncuga" is the equivalent to the N-word. Video of the incident shows the 44 and 50-year-old offenders being expelled from the restaurant, before Foxx speaks into the camera on what had just happened.

"They drunk up in this b***h, they drunk. They drunk up in here," said Foxx. "N***a came to the table and he banged on us in Croatian," he then continued, before mocking the two men's accents/language, and capping his imitation off with "Yey n***a!"

Foxx would later take to social media to briefly allude to the incident but kept the more significant portion of his focus on the beauty of the Dubrovnik, where he he and his crew were taking a break from their filming of Robin Hood: Origins to enjoy some leisure time.
