In this chilling video, a rival Chicago gang member can be seen walking with his daughter as a man from inside the car records him. The man inside the car can be heard saying:
"See how you be lackin' shorty, if you weren't with your daughter I'll do that to you." The man with his daughter proceeds to pull out a handgun and say "I got that on me" as he holds the gun in one hand and his daughter in the other.
