Earlier we reported that NBA superstar DeMarcus Cousins was traded to the New Orleans Pelicans shortly after the All-Star game. It turns out, Cousins was informed of the trade by his manager during the post game interviews, but didn't seem too phased by the news of the trade, saying "it's whatever." This isn't anything new in the NBA, as players are often traded on a whim, finding out from media outlets before their team actually tells them.
