Sheriff David Clarke of Milwaukee is President Donald Trump's biggest black supporter. He often appears on Fox News championing anything Trump says or does. On Friday (Feb. 17) Clarke posted a picture on Twitter of him wearing a shirt with Trump, a tank, the American flag, and a bald eagle on it.
