Baller Alert caught up with DJ Khaled on the red carpet at Thursday's Global Spin Awards, and the superproducer talked his hot new track, "Shining." The song, which features the dream team of Beyonce and Jay Z, was mixed, mastered and cleared all in an incredible single day.
"Yes, it was less than 24 hours," Khaled revealed. "I caught two colds in like a week and a half because of my nerves, and then once I got the record I got another cold, safe to say I overdosed on vitamin C."
Khaled then revealed how emotional the experience was of getting Bey and Jay to feature on his track.
"To get the king and queen together on one record, that was like, I cried, I ain't gonna lie to you."
