NBA All-Star Weekend festivities have been in full effect over the past couple of days down in New Orleans, and Dave Chappelle has been in the mix, bringing the musically rich city some of his legendary comedy and hip hop mash up work. On Friday night, February 17, comedy great was joined by Frederic Yonnet & The Band With No Name for Dave Chappelle's Juke Joint show, which is being held at an undisclosed location. And if it's anywhere near as rocking as his gig with NOLA musicians at the venue Rare Form was the night prior, attendees won't regret finding their way there.

Video of Chappelle jamming along with drummer Lil John Roberts as he and his band slayed original works, improvisations, and classic covers for the tight crowd. Among those in attendance was T.I., who at one point took up Dave's challenge to freestyle off of the top of the head as Roberts laid out a steady beat. Before attacking challenge, Tip had been warmed up with a live band rendition of "Rubber Band Man."

But the night didn't end with lyrics. Footage from the later hours show Chappelle and friends letting loose as one only can in New Orleans, at one point even moshing along to Nirvana's "Teen Spirit."
