Retired NBA Great Charles Oakley is in hot water after being involved in a physical altercation at Madison Square Garden during Wednesday night's game against the Clippers.

Oakley, who is best known for the 10 seasons he spent with the Knicks, was hauled off the floor by security guards after shoving them around while they questioned him over a spat that involved either Knicks owner James Dolan or a group of fans. So far, the tweets coming in from sports reporters who witnessed the altercation are giving conflicting reports -- some say he went after Dolan while others claim Oakley was arrested after getting into it with fans.

The Knicks' official PR twitter account released a statement in light of the incident, and while they didn't elaborate on the circumstances they did say they hope Oakley "gets some help soon."
