A San Antonio drug dealer who was pardoned by Barack Obama is back in jail.

Robert Martinez Gill was originally arrested and imprisoned in 1990 for cocaine and heroin distribution. He was sentenced to life in prison, but Obama pardoned him and a slew of other non-violent drug offenders in 2015.

Last Thursday, however, Martinez was reportedly involved in a high-speed chase with law enforcement and discovered to be in possession of two pounds of cocaine once apprehended. He was charged with possession with intent to distribute, and faces up to 40 years in prison if convicted.
