Cuba Gooding Jr. has filed for divorce from his wife Sara Kapfer after 22 years of marriage, though they've kept their Hollywood marriage pretty private the couple were high school sweethearts. Court documents obtained by TMZ says the O.J. vs. the People actor is asking for joint legal and physical custody of their daughter and has even offered to give spousal support.
The couple has been legally separated since August of 2014. While Cuba is willing to split assets, he wants all his personal earnings to remain his own from the date that Sara filed for separation.
