Model Chrissy Teigen took to social media on Thursday, January 19 to share an incident that left her rattled as she exited JFK airport in New York City. In a series of tweets Teigen detailed having found herself in the company of paparazzi, as is typical for a celebrity flying into the big city, only this time it wasn't a question about her relationship with John Legend that she was forced to deal with.

"Paparazzi at JFK just asked me 'if we evolved from monkeys, why is John Legend still around?'," wrote Teigen. She then hinted that such insults are what have driven celebs to lose their composure in the past. "And people wonder why celebs lose it in pics," she said.

The racist remark wasn't all that Teigen had to contend with. She says that the unidentified individual then found it amusing to pass an anti-Semitic quip, saying, "if a Jew were a vampire, would he still be afraid of crosses?"
