Earlier this week, it was revealed that Taxstone posted $500,000 bail, which Charlamagne Tha God shot down on Wednesday (January 18). Now, it's being revealed that a judge reversed his decision for bail and denied Taxstone bail altogether.

According to Revolt, the decision came after an eyewitness came forward and corroborated prosecutor's claims that Taxstone fired the fatal shot that killed Troy Ave's bodyguard, Ronald "Banga" McPhatter. U.S. Attorney Hagen Scotten says Taxstone's DNA is on the murder weapon.
