It's no secret at this point that Donald Trump has had a heck of a time locking down top-tier performers and celebrities for his Jan. 20th inauguration, but one musician who did agree to take the stage is R&B crooner Chrisette Michele. Once news broke of Chrisette's involvement, music icon Questlove took to Twitter to express his dismay.
"I'd pay Chrisette to NOT perform," the Roots drummer tweeted, accompanied by a sad-face emoji.
Performers expected to be at the event are rock band 3 Doors Down, country singer Toby Keith, and "God Bless the U.S.A." singer Lee Greenwood.
