Boosie Badazz recently sat down for an interview on TMZ's "RAQ RANTS!," where he shared his thoughts on today's music and how lyricism isn't as important as in the past. The Louisiana rapper explained, "It's just not about lyrics anymore. It's not about what you rap about...it's basically repetitive and catchy. Whatever you can make that can be catchy, that people can say [repetitively], that's what's winning. It's not about who has the hottest sixteens anymore. Sixteens don't matter."

Boosie went on to clarify his thoughts on the gay community, which he spoke about at length during his VladTV interview in 2016. When asked if he regrets saying that the media is pushing the gay agenda on children, Boosie said that he would say it again and he added that he has no problem with the gay community.
