Jim Jones took a video at the Roc Nation office on Tuesday (January 17), leading many to believe that a business venture may be in the works. The Harlem rapper asked his followers, "If I told you I was in the Roc Nation office, how would you feel about that?" He then posed in front of the paper plane logo, adding, "Is that clear enough?"
In late 2016, Jim spoke about Hov dissing him in the “Brooklyn High” freestyle diss. Jones flipped the situation in a way that helped the "We Fly High" video shoot to number one. He explained, "So instead of me doing the normal Jim Jones rant and going crazy, thinking somebody was trying to play me, I actually used his verse on the remix of the record, and remixed his remix and used it as my Jay Z remix. Now I got a record with Hov on it. It was something that went so well, I felt good about it. That definitely was a chess move. That move right there propelled the video to number one."
