A 27-year-old woman slashed a man’s face with a broken wine glass during a heated argument at the 40/40 Club in New York City’s Flatiron district over the weekend.

The woman, Lia Blount, was ticked off after 21-year-old Alejandro Corona accidentally bumped into her while she was partying at the club, which is owned by Jay Z. She reacted by smashing a wine glass on the banister and viciously attacking the man’s face with the remaining shards, according to the NYPD. Corona suffered a cut that was later treated with ten stitches at Bellevue Hospital. Blount was charged with assault and released on a $15,000 bond. Blount had a record before this incident. Back in 2011, she was involved in a confrontation that left her with multiple charges including assault, possession of a weapon, and harassment. The 40/40 club has yet to comment on the attack.
